The little prince and me

Still being lazy on the drawing.... Can you blame me when I'd rather be with this little smoosh? Not that I get to see him too often. :/ He's adorable! I'm definitely his favorite aunt, cant you tell from his big, happy smile? :P He's clinging to me! This was taken on the 17th of May, therefor the norwegian color band thing on my chest.

DrawerGeeks - Dinosaur!

I finally managed to make something for DrawerGeeks again! Hooray!

Other news:
I've moved out. I'm 25 and I moved out. ;P (ok, I've been living out earlier, I moved back home last summer). But this time I moved in with 4 other girls, in a pretty big appartment closer to the city. It's supernice! We've even got seperate bedrooms, 2 newly renovated bathrooms, livingroom, diningroom etc etc. Lucky us! :)

Tomorrow is our national day here in Norway. 17th of May. The peoples day! Hip-hip-Hooray!

He's finally here! My sisters little boy, my nephew. Gorgous little smoosh with lotsa hair and such a peaceful presence. I love him so much already!

Spring is here, summer is next.

The days are getting longer, the sun stays up longer, it's completely light when I go work at 7 am and there are yellow and white flowers popping up everywhere! Just lovely.

Back from Egypt

For the first time this year I saw a flower yesterday in our garden. It was a tussilago farfara and it made me so happy I had to go touch it and say "welcome, I've been waiting for you". But today it's snowing again.

In Egypt on the other hand, there were loads of handplanted flowers everywhere, and even if I dont like that as much - here's one of them (click it for a full view):

I actually did the one for last fridays DrawerGeeks on time (one of the few to actually make something this time!). Here it is, in all its magnitude.
